Kurt Cobain On Identity, Sexism, and Homophobia

Kurt Cobain, the late Nirvana front-man, famously said, "I am not gay, although I wish I were, just to piss off homophobes."

PBS Digital Studios' Blank on Blank series took an interview with Cobain from July of 1993 and put animation to Cobain's words.

In the interview, Cobain discussed identity, sexism, and homophobia.  Kurt tells a personal story about a homosexual friend and his mother's reaction to their relationship.
